Patient Information
The majority of our patients are referred to us by their general dentist. If you do not have a regular dentist, you are still welcome to make an appointment in our office. We understand that root canal problems can come up unexpectedly, but we would like to make this process as easy as possible. The following information will help answer your questions about scheduling, our location, insurance, and payment options.
Schedule Appointments
Once the need for endodontic care arises, please call our office. The highly trained staff will ask you a few questions and set up an appropriate appointment with Dr. Brandal. Many of our referring doctors will send additional information prior to your appointment. Usual office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (Wednesday – staff only). To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask for 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Dr. Brandal understands that proper dental care can be expensive and unexpected. We are a Regence preferred provider and a Delta Dental (WDS) preferred provider. We offer several options to make the process easier.
Patients with dental insurance:
Our expert staff will check your benefits and send in the proper claims for reimbursement As a courtesy, only the estimated portion of your bill will be due at the time of service. If your portion cannot be paid at the time of service, we will discuss other financing options with you prior to treatment. However, regardless of your dental coverage, you are still responsible for the entire account.
Patients without dental insurance:
If you do not have dental insurance, the total fee must be paid upon completion of the treatment, unless special financial arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
Alternate payment options:
If you need more help, we also offer a 90 day payment option interest free. VISA and MasterCard are accepted as a form of payment. We also offer a payment plan through Capital One for those patients that need more than 90 days to pay off their account. www.capitalonehealtcarefinance.com
